Ο Aki Rei κατάγεται από την Αθήνα και είναι ένας multi-instrumentalist μουσικός και παραγωγός. Έχει σπουδάσει electronic music production & jazz music performance, ενώ τώρα τελειώνει τις σπουδές του στην Κέρκυρα και στο Μουσικό Ιόνιο Πανεπιστήμιο. Έχει επιρροές από μια πληθώρα μουσικών ειδών, όπως η r&b, η jazz και η indie 80s synthwave. Το μουσικό του πάθος είναι η δημιουργία ενός unique και προσωπικού αποτελέσματος, κάνοντας fusion στα είδη που αγαπά.
Η Cadillac του '59 είναι το αγαπημένο του αμάξι. Ταυτόχρονα, εκείνη η χρονιά σηματοδοτείται από την άνθιση του κινηματογράφου και του Hollywood. Το Red Cadillac προσπαθεί να προσομοιώσει το τέλειο date και την τέλεια βόλτα όπως την φαντάζεται ο καλλιτέχνης.
